"Meg was great. Check in was easy and Meg was available by phone and text to answer any questions we had. The beach was a short walk from the house and it is part of a park with toys for the kids. Looked like there were some little restaurants nearby. We went to Dave’s market and cooked in. There is a BBQ grill and a nice outdoor table. Beware the mosquitoes they were vicious."

"Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...
