"The rooms were small, a lot of things were broken, and I was very upset because I booked three rooms through Orbitz and one of our guests didn't make it the first day so they rebooked the room and keep our charge. Doesn't seem right. Also they didn't notify me even though I was staying on premisis and had checked in for another room. "

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "

"This has been the worst experience that I have had with Expedia. The bathroom door was missing the shower head leaked the whole time. When I told the front desk they did not care and had no other room available to change to. They also did not have breakfast said that they never did even though it was offered on the website"
