"Outside looks little older, but from the minute we checked in to being shown and asked which room we’d prefer. Chose an outside entrance King room as we travel with small dog. Large grass area. Also used washer and dryer. Clean and efficient. "

"We (6 friends) stayed at The Highland House because we wanted to get away from everything and just relax. The house itself was amazing. The fire pit and pool are so relaxing. Loved watching the Highland cows. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly why we went. Will definitely stay again. Perfect!"

"From the moment we pulled up to the front gate, we were impressed. The grounds are gorgeous, very well maintained. The house itself is stunning. The "great" room, kitchen, dining room, and living room are spacious and easily accommodated all of us. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the BBQ and sat outside to enjoy the evening. The patio is so gorgeous with plenty of outdoor seating. We walked the grounds in the morning and took great pictures of the adjacent vineyard! We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave! I would recommend this location without hesitation!! The host was so kind and responded quickly to all communication. OH, and my in-laws joined us with their truck & trailer, and were able to use the electrical hook-up. They loved it, too!"

"Our stay here was great and better than anticipated. The desk clerk was very friendly and informative. The lobby is beautiful. Nice, spacious, clean room with a great shower and really comfortable recliner. The bed wasn't as comfy but I have difficulty sleeping anywhere but home anymore. I would definitely stay here again. "5J Hunt’s has a magnificent scenery displayed on the outside of the home, and around the land. The inside of the home is super clean, completely cozy, and comfortable. We even got to meet Jeff, and he was extremely helpful on helping us figure out how to do the Wi-Fi. The night time sky was absolutely glorious as well. We got the bonus pleasure of looking actually seeing the northern lights during our stay!!!"
