"Property inside was great and access to Atlanta area we needed was the reason for this choice. The neighborhood was less than desirable with huge parties and noise till 4 am and homes that were more businesses with 15 vehicles per house. Don’t think this means unsafe, it’s just the hood the house is in. Wouldnt stay for any other purpose but sleep and proximity to friends/family. No ice or water in fridge and odd placement of foosball made it impossible to get to fridge."

"The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night."
