"This a beautiful 1930’s Art Deco villa, tastefully decorated and well situated in a lush garden. Location is very good as it is in the middle of the eastern side of Basse-Terre, twenty minutes by car from Point-a-Pitre. There is a bus, but you would probably need a rental car. Super hosts Emmanuel and Rahba provided extra’s over what was needed and were excellent company. Simply the perfect stay. "

The property was under major construction, some of which happened until midnight on two occasions when we were in the house trying to sleep. Other construction projects were happening, most of which involved demolition of parts of the house and no reconstruction. Quant à Emmanuel et Rhaba, ils n'ont pas mesuré leur temps pour nous faire apprécier notre séjour chez eux. Tout était absolument parfait."
