"So peaceful and great countryside. Spotlessly clean, Shower is hot and plenty of water. Loved the setting in a rural farming community. Wonderful polite People there. It's a must stay if you are working near by or out for day trips. Everything is secure in parking and rooms. I loved this place. My only disapointment was I cound't take the three friendly goats home from the front yard. This is a must stay at place.I can't praise it enought. Thank you for a fantastic few days while I put flowers...

"I stayed a week at Le Clos Xavianne, using it as a base to explore WWI battlefields. Xavier was the perfect host. He helped me enjoy my week in Ribécourt-La-Tour in so many ways. Examples: He let me drive his tractor, he did my laundry, he drove me to see WWI sights nearby, his B&B is clean and comfortable, his homemade jam is to die for, he patiently spoke French with me. I could go on but suffice it to say that I had a very good time at Le Clos Xavianne. "

"Christine and Olivier have a lovely house and have made it comfortable and welcoming for guests. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and airy with a super bed. There is tea and coffee provided and breakfast was just right. We had dinner in Nieppe one night and also in the Chaplin bar across in Belgium. There is a Hyper-U just by the highway if you are looking for bargains ahead of the ferry home. We cycled in to Lille along the canal which was very enjoyable. The park opposite is nice...

"Wonderfully quaint B&B in and old mill. Our room was right up in the roof space. Might not be suitabe for some as the stairs are very steep and windy, and our room had two low beams at face height, but it certainly had character and charm."

"La chambre n'est pas conforme à sa description : - elle est beaucoup petite que les photos - 1 prise seulement fonctionne sur 3 - je n'ai jamais eu le WIFI - le radiateur fonctionne une fois sur trois, qui plus est n'est même pas accroché correctement - l'hygiène à mon arrivée était déplorable - l'espace « Dining Area » n'existe pas - la personne du dessus ne se gêne pas pour faire du bruit donc « la bonne entente » est à revoir. 30€ m’ont été réclamé pour la lessive du linge (que je n'ai même...
