Chalets in Nord-Est Department

Combinaison unique de plage de rêve, de jardin tropical luxuriant, de cuisine succulente... et la gentillesse des propriétaires et de tout le staff. Parfait!

booked this hotel 2x for 2 different family members that came from DR to fly to america on biden program. they both spent 2 nights each and hd nothing but compliments

I can not complain all the staff were amazing

Great Stay for a quick trip to Cap-Haitien. Love the decoration and the service.

I like the stuff everyone was so kind and nice and ready to serve you at any time

This was an amazing spot to stay in. The view was incredible and the staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff cleaned so well that you could literally eat off of the floor. Food was good and reasonably priced. I would without a doubt stay at this hotel anytime I fly into Cap-Haitian. Not to far from the Cap-Haitian Airport. The market place is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. If planning to walk around bring sneakers or shoes that grip because hill to the hotel is steep.

All staffs were so nice and ready to help. Hotel location was good for us to be in center of haitien people. Room was clean and the food was served as at home.

I love waking up to a wonderful warm breakfast. And some wonderful soup at super time. The hotel were the best ever. Wonderful staff very loving caring and genuine. I love one in particular name Lovely she went the extra miles to make my stay extra special. I would definitely recommend people to this hotel. I had a great time there. But they can try to improve with the cable that's the only little problem. Other than that best hotel ever. Thanks to all the staff at Metro hotel. I will definitely...
