Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Lattenroste mehrfach geklebt, Federkernmatratze, bei der man die Federn beim Liegen gespürt hat, Rinnsal zum Duschen, sehr alte und verbrauchte Einrichtung, neuer Wandanstrich dringend nötig!

Ruhige Wohnung im Charme der 1980er Jahre

Einrichtung der Wohnung hat den Charme der 1980 er Jahre: ältere Ikea Möbel, Dusche in der Badewanne etc. Bin an einem Regenwochenende im Oktober angekommen. Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet und konnte erst am Montag durch den Hausmeister in Betrieb genommen werden. Die Mitarbeiter von Interhome im Dörperweg waren nicht unfreundlich, aber nicht sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich. Organisatorisch hat dennoch alles geklappt.

Wasserdruck fehlte in der Wanne,

Die Wohnung als solches war ganz gut, nicht weit zum Strand. Liegt sehr Zentral, aber wenn man Baden möchte kommt das Wasser sehr langsam.Der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Wohnung nicht sauber. Boden hat geklebt. Undefinierbarer Geruch in der Wohnung. Toilette mit Rückständen . Tische total verklebt. Wenn Ich erst alles putzen muss kann ich auch zu Hause bleiben. Dusche Wasserdruck ein Witz. Viel zu kleiner Fernseher. Für die Ausstattung zu hoher Preis

War so, wie beschrieben und erwartet. Die Nähe zum Meer ist genial (5 min.). Idyllische Lage und sehr ruhig. Was für die Nerven. Leider konnte man nicht baden(Amaturen defekt) und die Heizung war aus. Dadurch war es abends sehr kühl (September). Ansonsten heimelich

Es war alles ganz gut und alles vorhanden. Gute Lage und alles in der Nähe. Der Teppichboden könnte mal erneuert werden und die schoner die auf dem Lattenrost liegen sollten mal gewaschen werden. Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Zeit

Gemütlich und nett

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung. Gemütlich, sauber und nur 5 min zu Fuß von einer der wichtigsten Straßen entfernt (und trotzdem ruhige Lage). Für 4 Personen auf längerem Zeitraum vermutlich etwas klein, aber für 2 Personen (wie bei uns) perfekt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen, die Kinder haben auf dem Speicher geschlafen. Es war für die 5 Tage kein Problem. Alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Norddeich mit kleinen Enttäuschungen

Diese Wohnung ist nur etwas für junggebliebene , da die Bodenleiter sehr steil ist. Es fehlte an Toilettenpapier, es waren keine Geschirrtrockentücher und Bodenwischer vorhanden ,auch fehlte ein Seifenspender. Und vom Vormieter lag noch Wäsche im Schrank. Vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis und den 19€ Entreinigung pro Person sind wir etwas enttäuscht. Ansonsten liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr schön und Zentral. Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten mit dem Toilettenpapier, Seife, Geschiertücher.....geändert werden ist es eine tolle Wohnung um dort Ferien zu mechen
