Schöne helle Ferienwohnung
Für uns, 2 Pärchen, war die Wohnung groß genug. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Einrichtung modern. Leider hat sie hier und da bei genauerer Betrachtung kleine Mängel, besonders in der Küche fehlt es an Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Kehrblech etc. Zur Entsorgung des Restmülls fanden wir keine Tonne. Auch Bewohner der Nachbarwohnungen hatte keine Info und waren auf der Suche. Auf Anrufe, mit der bitte um Rückruf wurde leider nicht reagiert. Das ist sehr schade. Worauf auch noch geachtet werden muss: das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, nur eine Dachluke.Das wird in der Beschreibung leider nicht erwähnt. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Norderney. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit schöner Terrasse. Leider lief der Fernseher nicht. Ansonsten alles top.

Die Wohnung war nicht ausgeschildert und um 16 Uhr nicht bezugsfertig.
Die Wohnung war um 16 Uhr nicht bezugsfertig, man hatte an dem Tag nicht mit unserer Anreise gerechnet. Auf den Klingelschildern war die Wohnung " Dünenwind " nicht vorhanden. Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und dreckig. Das einzig Positive an der Wohnung ist die Lage und gute Boxspringbetten.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Abwicklung und Zugang zur Wohnung unkompliziert geregelt.

Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge
Saubere Wohnung bei Ankunft, es gab jedoch weder Besen, Kehrblech oder Staubsauger, um die Wohnung sauber halten zu können. Das war sehr schade und könnte doch leicht ergänzt werden? Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr groß, das Wohnzimmer ist schön hell und der Balkon zu viert zum Essen nutzbar. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ebenfalls gut. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat nur eine Dachluke, kein Fenster. Wenn man sich vorher darauf einlassen kann ist das vermutlich kein großes Problem. Leider hat bei uns die Reservierung des Kinderhochstuhls nicht geklappt und das Baby-Reisebett war defekt. Der Duschabfluss hat leider etwas gemüffelt, ansonsten ist das Bad vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Küche hat die besten Jahre hinter sich aber es war alles nötige vorhanden, zudem hat man ja zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe :) schön fanden wir, dass es neben einer Kaffeefiltermaschine zusätzlich eine Senseo Maschine gab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar gut

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Hundekot beim Betreten des Balkons. Bad in die Jahre gekommenen. Gebucht mit 6 Personen. 4 Erw, 2 K., ....Es waren 4 Betten und ein unbrauchbares Sofa da. :-((.... nicht Behindertengerecht. Teppiche uralt!

Toplage und Wohnungsgröße entschädigen den fehlenden Staubsauger
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das 2. Schlafzimmer kann in Bezug auf einige ältere Bewertungen hier gut abgedunkelt werden. Wir hatten schon am Anreisetag zahlreiche Fruchtfliegen in der Wohnung - Grund waren wahrscheinlich volle Mülltonnen in Wohnungs- bzw. Fensternähe. In der Wohnung gibt es nur einen Handfeger (ohne Kehrblech), um den Boden ansatzweise vom täglich mitgebrachten Sand zu befreien. Ein Staubsauger/Besen im Haus wäre wünschenswert (Mieter einer anderen Wohnung im Haus hatten auch keine Utensilien zum Ausleihen). In der Küche haben wir Spülmittel und/oder Spülmaschentabs vermisst - Spülmittel haben wir gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Fazit: Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung - nur barfuß waren wir relativ schnell nicht gerne unterwegs.
