"L’hôtel est incroyable. Toute les chambres ont vue sur la ville et l’océan. Le spa était tellement agréable. Piscine et bains à remous chauffés. Spa sec et spa humide, douche froide et piscine extérieur. Tout y était pour la détente. Le restaurant était très bien. Nous avons bien mangé et surtout le service était impeccable. Le buffet déjeuner inclus était très bien aussi. Assez de choix variés, céréales, bol yogourt a garnir, fruits frais, viande froide, fromages, œuf et omelette, bacon,...

"The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). "Breakfast offerings were excellent but the staff doesn’t clear dirty dishes for the most part. They wait til you leave to clear the dishes. Bed & sheets are comfortable. Garden is a nice walk. Pool & jacuzzis are best used outside of the public hours. Parking lot for overflow is gravel & shoes get dirty if it rained. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t spend the $ to pave it. Swimming pool room was a sauna! Couldn’t even go into the pool because you could barely breathe the air was soooo...

"We had a problem with the air conditioner, but it was resolved the next day. The staff was very helpful. The road is noisy, so the windows cannot open."
