"Die Wohnung ist immer noch sehr schön, wenn auch ein paar Abstriche gemacht werden müssen. Der WC - Sitz ist verfärbt, die große Gelenkarm -Leselampe hatte in der Vergangenheit kein Leuchtmittel, aber anstatt das Leuchtmittel zu ersetzen, wurde nun die Lampe gänzlich entfernt. Im Bad fehlt der Filter der Abluftanlage, so kann nun auch Staub aus dem Lüftungsschacht in das Bad gelangen. Es sind im Wesentlichen nur Kleinigkeiten, aber wenn man schon des Öfteren in der Wohnung gewohnt hat, stellt...
