Your vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our building. The bright and well-equipped apartment measures 65 square meters and is ideal for 2 to a maximum of 4 people.

It features two separate, spacious bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other with two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm). The open and spacious living area invites you to relax. The well-equipped kitchenette is integrated into the space. It includes, among other things, an oven with a matching ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and plenty of dishes. Adjacent to the living area is the large rooftop terrace with a view over the rooftops of Nordheim and the Escherndorfer Lump vineyard. It is furnished with outdoor furniture for enjoying a glass or two of Franconian wine al fresco.

The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, will more than meet your needs.

Cyclists will find space for their bikes in the garage. Cars can be parked in the numerous public parking spots around the house. Free Wi-Fi is also available for your use.
