"Stayed here for a quick trip and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The location was convenient, but the hotel felt outdated and not as clean as we hoped. The room had a musty smell, the hallways were noisy at night, the keys never worked on the outside doors & took several attempts to get to work at our room door! Housekeepers knocked on our door at 8:15 (a little early). Overall the experience just felt average for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed something close by."

"Location was convenient to Fenway for walking, or downtown via short car ride. Even though the windows were facing the hallway, rooms still felt pretty private. The breakfast was only good for tiding you over to lunch. What I will say was disappointing was I booked for 3 nights and I received one shampoo and conditioner. When I asked about hand soap and body wash, I was told by staff they had ran out. It was the same thing for the entirety of my stay. Definitely a gross oversight on part of their management. For what I paid, I find that ridiculous. Find an alternative source for your guests. Not everyone brings travel size items."

"Sheila was absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, ignorant and a complete disgrace to be the front face of your hotel. The second we walked in with no words exchanged yet. Points at us and says WHO OF YOU IS STAYING HERE. She was racist, passing judgment, she was assuming because my daughter’s boyfriend was black that there was going to be loud “parties”. She said I know what “your kind” does here. “I’ve dealt with this before.” Mind you, we got this room to strictly have a central place for my 4.0 GPA law student to get ready for a formal event. While we pulled up in our 6 figure vehicle. Absolutely disgusted with this place. I asked her to give me my money back and we would go elsewhere and she refused. "
