"We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! "

"More than anything, everything was clean. Everything was in working order, and the host was pleasant and seen tidying up around the property. There were many accommodations right around me. I had the best fish and chips ever at the big Y across the street."

"Beautiful and peaceful little lodge with easy access to all the wonderful things in the area (Catamount, Lakes etc..). Pool is very tranquil and each room has Mountain views. The lodge is artfully designed as well, providing a luxury feeling. I only wish 1) the indoor common area was open for guests at any time (but I assume this is a cost/staff issue) 2) there as espessso / coffee/ tea available for guests at a wider ranger of hours (only available at continental breakfast or kureg in room). But these would only be added luxuries and did not materially detract from absolutely delightful stay!!"

"The temp was 67 degrees in our unit. I called the front desk and they sent someone immediately however who couldn’t get the heat to turn on. The thermostat was not set to turn on until later in the month. The owner must likely to blame for a lack of heat."

"Tamika checked us in and was so kind to us. Very helpful and great customer service. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was good. The problem I had was with the smell in the room. If you are going to allow pets, you need to find a way to not allow the rooms to smell like pet urine, which is what we smelled in the main living area. If I did not have to leave immediately for a wedding, I would have asked for another room. This was the second time at this location where we could smell pet urine in the room (first time I had time to change rooms)."
