Weekend in the hills
We had a great stay on our weekend trip. I was able to contact the owners and told them that we would be late checking in and they made sure it was open for us when we got there. The cabin had all the amenities that home would have, and it was a clean place to stay. I enjoyed my coffee in the mornings most of all, sitting in the rocking chair listening to the birds and watching the wildlife! We will be coming back to visit here!

Neat little cabin out in a remote location.
We had a neat little place to sleep for a couple of nights, felt very home like. It seemed like a lot of common things were provided.

Nothing short of amazing
The atmosphere is so quiet around this area. The cabin sits back where you get just enough privacy to sit on the porch and enjoy the view. Very pet friendly, my pup ran around and enjoyed the nature. It’s was an amazing experience being down there and in the middle of the Ozark. I will definitely be back.

Great Rustic Getaway
This was our 3rd visit in the past two years. We love the remote feeling of the location and proximity to hiking trails including access to a National Forest Trail right from the property. Relaxing on the front porch and taking in the beautiful scenery is a perfect way to end each day. The cabin is very well equipped. We will be back again.

An awesome cabin in the country
If you are looking for a great and quiet stay in the country, this it is. The cabin was comfortable and included an awesome front porch that overlooked a pasture surrounded by woods. Only 20 minutes from Mountain Home, it is close enough to a town with most of what you need without the inconveniences of staying in town. Dru was very responsive. The friendly dogs paid us a visit once but there was a kitten that insisted on us paying a tariff, which was paid and them some. LOL. Internet worked great as did the tv. The kitchen was fully stocked. My wife and I were in the area looking for potential land to buy and I told her, once we find a place that looks like this, we will have found what I am looking for. If we are back in the area, I certainly hope Dru's cabin is available.

Rain, rain rain
We arrived and the uncommonly heavy rain had caused damage to the cabin. Dru was kind and gracious and found us other accommodations that were equally as nice. She made the best out of a bad situation.

Perfect get away
We loved this little cabin out off the beaten path! The quiet was almost deafening after living in a large neighborhood. We brought two dogs that could run and explore. There were lots of hiking paths, Norfork lake was 10 minutes away with boat rentals, fishing, and swimming. The cabin had everything we needed including pantry items and some toiletries. It felt like I was staying at extended family’s house. The sky was gorgeous with endless stars and we saw quite a few meteors while we were here. No wildlife was seen but it was one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Dru was so nice and even sent someone to jump our car the day we left and the battery was dead! Their house was just around the bend if we needed anything but we couldn’t see or hear them. It felt secluded. We hated to leave, and can’t wait to be back. It’s a little jewel out here, sipping coffee on the huge porch overlooking the field. What a relaxing week!

Secluded getaway
The seclusion of the property was amazing. It wasn't far from anything and at the same time it felt like being miles from everything. Will definitely be making a return trip asap.
