Hotel immerso nel verde adatto a chi ama la natura

La giornata passata nell'albergo non è stata molto piacevole per via della pioggia. Il soggiorno è stato di una sola giornata, ma visto che ha piovuto sempre siamo quasi sempre stati all'interno dell'albergo, risultato veramente piacevole. Il giorno dopo con il sole è sembrato tutto un'altra cosa. La struttura è graziosa e le camere sono comode e spaziose. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato aveva anche un bellissimo pianoforte. Consiglio la colazione che è stata molto buona e abbondante. Il bagno è molto spazioso e comodo, anche se molto essenziale. Hotel molto adatto alle famiglie, coppie e bambini per via dell'ampio parco esterno. Il paese, è molto vicino alla struttura, ed è sembrato molto tranquillo e piene di trattorie caratteristiche dalla cucina molto buona e casereccia. Anche la pizza al taglio è molto buona ed economica, da provare assolutamente per uno spuntino veloce. Spero di ritornarci presto. L'unica nota dolente è la strada piena di curve e stretta.

Interesting place off the beaten track.

Lovely old seminary, pretty comfortable, is undergoing renovations, the only major drawback is NO internet service in rooms. We were there in early October, so was very quiet. This place is way off the beaten track, a bit of a windy and twisting road, saw several hang gliders.

Hotel położony na peryferiach uroczego włoskiego miasteczka. Niestety pokoje stare, zaniedbane, łazienka z brodzikiem zrobionym bardzo "na siłę". Na jedną noc przejazdem wydaje się być OK.

The hotel was excellently located in the charming Norma. It has nice facilitiesforits class and suitable for events . The rooms are clean but a bit spartan and the service efficient but cold and is not fluent in any language apart Italian. ..

IL problema dell'albergo consiste solamente nei conforts offerti dall'albergo che non sono assolutamente corrispondenti alla verità : Tre piscine in albergo - Le piscine sono fuori dell'albergo e non di proprietà e devono essere pagate. Servizio WI-FI non presente in tutte le zone e specialmente dove alloggiato. La zona Welness è chiusa ed abitata da extracomunitari. Colazione e servizio la mattina buono e cortese. Assente il telefono in camera.

Klidné ubytování v horách.

Ubytování v pořádku ale problémy s placením. Při rezervaci se zablokuje platba na účtu. Na hotelu jsme zaplatili kartou. Nezaúčtovaná platba je stále blokována na účtu. Řešíme to s hotels.com mailem.

L'Hotel si trova a Norma che rispetto a Roma, Pomezia o Fiuggi , si trova più distante di quanto si lasci supporre e in una posizione isolata essendo sopra una collina. La cittadina in sè è tranquilla e pulita, ma priva di luoghi da vedere in tale periodo essendo lì degni di nota solo i Giardini di Ninfa e La Fabbrica del Cioccolato , entrambi chiusi e con apertura a Settembre inoltrato. L'Albergo è tranquillo e dotato di un bel parco alberato, risulta però privo di alcuni servizi indicati come presenti direttamente in Hotel , come la piscina che non è assolutamente presente in Hotel ma presente nel paese; presso l'albergo attualmente sono presenti un padiglione adibito a centro accoglienza per estracomunitari, che non si servono dei servizi e delle aree comuni, e una scuola di musica. Le camere sono discretamente ampie ma spoglie e non troppo curate, mentre il bagno è insufficiente e con la doccia piccola e malfunzionante. Il servizio di prima colazione e il servizio ristorazione sono discreti e con un buon servizio ai tavoli, come pure buono è il servizio di portierato. In sostanza , consiglio di visitare Norma in un diverso periodo, da metà Settembre fino a Maggio per potere visitare qualche attrattiva locale, e consiglio di soggiornare presso questa struttura che se migliorata nei pochi aspetti negativi può rappresentare senz'altro un buon compromesso fra qualità e prezzo.

Ottimo hotel ma il servizio non mi è piaciuto

È stato tutto perfetto hotel molto carino pagato davvero poco con pernottamento e prima colazione; ma nonostante tutto una cosa non mi è piaciuta ovvero che ho prenotato con carta di credito e mi hanno bloccato i soldi poi quando ho fatto il check-out ho dovuto ripagare e quindi i soldi mi verrano sbloccati nei giorni seguenti.. Questo non mi è piaciuto potevano senza bloccarli ritirarli direttamente dalla carta la prima volta.. Nel complesso devo dire buon hotel
