This hotel is filthy and run down the carpets are soiled there is mold in the bathroom and it smells very bad. The owners have no concern for their customers and I will never stay in a Sleep Inn again.

We booked two rooms and we bought the insurance because we had two guests that had been running fever but felt OK. We had them Covid test tested and they came back positive so I tried to cancel the rooms a day before we were supposed to be there, and of course they were nonrefundable and the insurance was a scam that didn’t cover anything so I called and talked to the manager and explained that we had two guests that were running really high fevers with Covid and if we couldn’t get our money back, they seem to feel decent enough to go and we didn’t want to get anybody sick or to have anybody die based on our negligence. The manager said well we can’t give you back your money and we do not care if you come so just come on if people get sick they get sick if they die they die there’s no compassion there. They do not care. They only want your money and if they have this policy about people being deathly sick coming in there and getting other people sick and they don’t care then you can imagine how well your rooms are cleaned and how well the service is you have been warned.
