Farmstay in Normandy

"We had a great week staying in this lovely cottage. The children especially loved the big garden. The house was very clean and peaceful . We found lots of lovely walks and places to visit in the area. The only issue we had is that the VRBO listing suggests the house has a hot tub, which it doesn't but this seems to be a problem with the VRBO site and is not the owners fault, of course the children were a bit disappointed!"

"Oui, cinq étoiles à décerner à cette plus que charmante demeure et à nos hôtes si accueillants ! Nous avons passé les 5 jours du pont à rallonge des 8-9 mai à 6 adultes et un bébé de 8 mois dans cette maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût, qui offre tout le confort possible. Son emplacement permet de se rendre très rapidement à Barfleur, Saint-Vaast, et d’autres sites qui valent le détour sont aisément accessibles. Et quel plaisir, au retour de ces escapades-découvertes, de déployer les chaises...

"Wonderful property, not too far from shops or days out to sightsee but far away for peace and tranquility. Good selection of dvds for the rainy days that we stayed in, a keyboard for the children and fantastic gardens to explore. Michael, the owner was so helpful and always available if needed. Very knowledgeable on the area too. We stayed here for 10nights, comfortable beds, was a shame about the weather as we could not really sit out. On the off chance it didnt rain, there were plenty of games...

"This ancient home is THE place to stay if you are visiting the Normandy area. House is immaculate, clean, and has all the modern amenities you’d need. Comfortable, tons of space, comfortable beds, quiet and picturesque. We stayed with 10 people ranging from age 10-70 years old and everyone had a nice bed to sleep in. The host and hostess went above and beyond to welcome us, remaining flexible with our up-in-the-air arrival time due to strikes in Paris. They showed us around, provided farm...

The house is wonderful, was spotlessly clean and has amazing facilities (the game room was a particular hit!). Carly was an amazing host, incredibly helpful before and during our visit. "Maison de campagne suffisamment grande pour 8 à 10 personnes. 5 belles chambres, 1 très grand salon salle à manger pour accueillir tout le monde. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et barbecue qui a été notre endroit préférée avec 2 grandes tables et un grand salon de jardin. La communication avec les propriétaires a été excellente."
