"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay."

Really nice staff, great communication before and during the visit accommodating our needs. 20 minutes walk to the town center to the bars and restaurants and easy to get out to the main highways to get around Normandie. "We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The apartment is more of a hotel room with kitchenette. The location was good. We used the parking garage that was very convenient. Garage was a little tight to enter/exit. The card key and knob took getting used to. A card reader to enter from the garage was added our second day and it never worked.The towels were very thin. My room was noisy. I could hear toilets flush and water running. My companion’s room was quiet. Paper towels were requested but not received. No instructions on how to use...

"Good place to stay in the center"

"This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."

"It was very, very disappointing in all sence !! Rundown, tags in the stairs, we booked for 5 people but the room was equipped for only 4, price was far to expensive for quality of the amenities"
