"The house was very very clean and very nice. There was enough space to sleep 4 people. There were enough towels for all of us at the beach and to shower. The wifi worked perfectly and both TVs in the house worked well. The location of the house was very nice and was near everything. Not that far of a walk from the beach and boardwalk. "Perfect for little getaway"

"Cozy motel. Clean rooms. Clean sheets. Dated and very small bathrooms for a family of 4 though. Towels were cheap and small but clean. The AC worked well but automatically turned off after a while and the room was 80 degrees upon returning. We stayed on the top floor where the rooms appeared to be larger and remodeled more recently in the past few years. The pool was not so desirable but it was nice to have the option. It definitely needs work. Overall, clean rooms, comfortable beds and convenient to the beach, Jenkinson's boardwalk and inlet restaurants and bars. We would stay there again. :)"

"Excellent choice. Stayed here for a night with my wife and 6 month old daughter. Family is local to the area so it was a nice environment for us all to meet up. The pool area is magnificent, and the open area was beautiful. Gym was great too, there’s a boxing part to it that was cool to use and a yoga studio area. Didn’t get to use the pool or spa, only one night. The ducks in the dunes rooms are so adorable. 10/10 would recommend my family loved it."

"Had a mini apartment for the week basically. We loved it, to be fair though when we go to the beach we just want a clean place to sleep and get ready we are not in the room majority of the time. Had a small kitchen, living area, plus bathroom and bedroom and balcony. This was our 3rd year staying here but first time in this room and will deff be booking it again next year."

"Stayed one night with family at this Holiday Inn Neptune location. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Always a plus when you receive free breakfast and parking. I would recommend if you need a hotel in the Neptune/Asbury Park area to choose this one. Thank you Holiday Inn."

"The property itself is well-maintained. Our room in the hotel section of the resort was spacious, immaculate, and had excellent water pressure in the shower. The room also featured several local television channels and a king-size bed that was exceptionally comfortable. The air conditioning was controlled by a thermostat, ensuring quiet and efficient operation. The indoor pool was visually appealing. The outdoor pools were also pleasant, with lounge pool furniture and umbrellas in excellent condition. Beach access was straightforward, and the beach area was expansive. The boardwalk was a 10-minute walk away and was very child-friendly, offering a variety of rides and amusements. There were also several food and beverage options available. Overall, our experience was undoubtedly worthwhile. We will certainly return and request the same room."
