"A small local property run by a very nice man. The room and overall property is what you would expect for 2 stars - older, a bit quaint, nothing fancy at all, but clean and comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful and offered good recommendations for food and sites to visit. A five minute walk to the beach (Sword beach) and directly on D-514 (the road to follow to see nearly all the D-Day sites). Between towns, so no easy walk to restaurants, but the hotel offers breakfast. I'd stay here...

was large and accommodating. The towel warmer was hit! Beautiful view and nice cross breeze. Very quiet and peaceful to to the ocean at bedtime. Staff was pleasant but not helpful. We needed to return from our trip to Normandy. We called and the man on the phone was rude!"
