"When we got there I was ready to cancel the room because from the outside it looked like a beaten down old building. You have to check in through a convenience store and the hotel is not well indicated. Old wooden stairs bring you up to the rooms. This was all very discouraging until I went up and saw the room. Wow! Everything was new with beautiful modern furniture,large beds and so so clean. This is without a doubt a five star apartment. Please don’t be discouraged when you arrive. You won’t be disappointed "

"Nice hotel "

"Our stay was brief but lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, bed was comfortable and we were grateful for the window air conditioner as it was rather warm during our stay. The bedding was perhaps a bit too warm for such a warm night but not bad for one night sleep. The shower amenities were very nice and it was the perfect stop on our drive to Gros Morne. "

"Nice property. It was very hot that day and the place was very warm, but the host has a decent cooling unit and we were able to cool the lace quickly. Well kept, easy check in and out. Parking is convenient, there are stairs as the place is a 2nd floor unit. Stairs were easy to manage, parking is close. Cute little side deck. Overall good experience!!"

"This lovely bed and breakfast is tucked into a quiet residential area of Grand Falls - Windsor, yet just minutes by car from shopping and restaurants. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was made to order and of good quality. Owners and staff are friendly and amenable. Comfortable seating areas indoors and out for small groups travelling together. "
