Convenient budget accommodation and this is our second stay. Friendly staff, very efficient check in, room and facilities all fine. Close to city centre and associated amenities, easy 20 minute walk from the station. We will be back here next year and would happily stay again

The lady running this hotel ignored my emails, made it impossible to check in. I called a week in advance, a day in advance, 3 times on the day of. She refused to tell me the door code so I couldn't get in the building. I had to stay somewhere else.

Pratique à 20 minutes de la gare à pied et jolie découverte du centre touristique en partant de la passerelle tout de suite à gauche en sortant de l’hôtel par un réseau de passerelles le long du fleuve .

Allt var bra mycket trevligt personal bemötande på plats men när vi kom hem så blev vi uppringda av personalen som var otrevlig i tonen när det efterfrågades om våra rumsbrickor. Vilket vi hade följt rutinen och lämnat båda brickorna i korgen som man skulle.

Rent och fräscht hotell/vandrarhem i ett fint område centralt i Norrköping. Bra frukost och lugnt och tyst. Sköna sängar. Lite trångt rum men det funkade. Väldigt bra pris.
