An amazing apartment! Clearly new and very well appointed. I hope that everyone who stays here looks after it. Lovely balcony with great views. Comfy beds and in a great location just off the centre. I highly recommend staying here.

Huge looks just like the picture although no microwave inside the apartment and you would have to go down to first floor and heat up food which we weren’t aware of or seen anywhere in the reservation mentioning it

Nice apartment but poor public transport

Very nice apartment, but the surrounding area is still a construction site. The communications are not yet developed to include this part of the city and a car (or taxi) is therefore almost a necessity if you have a lot of luggage. However, parking is quite expensive in the adjacent parking garage. The apartments are well equipped but the beds are a bit hard. Summary: Very good accommodation, nice and clean apartments, check-in and check-out via app worked well.

Köket va verkligen bra utrustad med många kastruller, ungsfoemar, bestick, tallrikar, glas och dylikt. Man behövde inte starta diskmaskinen efter bara en måltid utan där va porslin till mer. Ingen micro dock men är inget måste när man har allt annat i ett kök.

Geräumige Unterkunft

Saubere, geräumige Unterkunft. Decken und Wände teilweise unverputzt und nicht gestrichen. WLAN funktionierte gut, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze waren in der Nähe vorhanden.

På helgerna finns gratis parkering på gatorna, med lite letande fick vi plats. Annars gott om plats i parkeringshuset. En liten butik som man kan handla i. Öppet 6-21.

Neues Gebäude, schöne geräumige Apartments mit allen Essentials. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Leider sehr hellhörig und etwas kühl. Es gibt auch kein Thermostat und die Hauslüftung läuft die ganze Zeit hörbar. Schlechte Parksituation. Die Kommunikation läuft sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten vorab gefragt, ob es ein Zustellbett gibt und wie die Parksituation ist und man konnte unsere Buchung nicht finden... ansonsten nur automatisierte Mails mit Info zu Check in und Check out. Zahlung muss über hauseigenes System laufen und man muss deren App runterladen als Schlüsselsystem. Das erschien etwas kompliziert, App funktionierte aber immerhin sehr gut.

Väldigt fin och ren lägenhet. Ligger i hamnen. Man behöver ta bilen för att handla eller äta på restaurang. Ett stort plus att det fanns kaffe, kaffefilter och te i lägenheten.

Fördelar, Jättefin lägenhet på bra läge. Finns allt som behövs för en övernattning. Nackdel, byggarbetsplats utanför så väsnas mycket. Sängarna är stenhårda, jämförbart att sova på golvet. Väldigt svårt att hitta rätt, adressen som framgår visar en byggarbetsplats. Man får leta efter flaggor med Vander på för att hitta rätt. Hade varit bättre o leta efter Skeppskajen 46 så man går in via innergården.

Fräscht och fin lägenhet med stor balkong, kök och stort badrum med tvättmöjligheter. Sängen var dock väldigt knarrig och det fanns få upphängningsmöjligheter för badlakan. På det stora hela ett väldigt bra boende även om det ligger en bit från centrum.
