Close to nature, family-friendly holiday home with sauna and trampoline

With us you will find peace, idyll and romance. But they are just as adventurous and like to explore the area, which has much to offer here in Roslagen? Then you've come to the right place.
The house is surrounded by nature on a second 400 square meters of forest and meadow land.
This very well maintained, newly furnished and cozy wooden house is equipped with three bedrooms (five beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom newly renovated in 2016, balcony and two terraces where you can enjoy the morning, afternoon and evening sun.
Maintenance work is carried out annually on the property and in the house in order to be able to offer you, as a guest, well-kept and modern accommodation at all times. After we ourselves, as owners, go on holiday in our house (so we know what is needed on holiday) and our holiday guests should enjoy their stay equally, you will want for nothing!
 
Facilities:

Beautiful, large garden and a grill, at about 400 meters away Ösmaren they can use a little boat, free WIFI (fiberoptic connection)
2 flat screen TVs (Swedish TV-program) / DVD player / radio, games, DVD's and some books are available, microwave, coffee / tea maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, cot and high chair, and a baby monitor are available, 4 bikes for adults and 2 bikes for children (one seat for children) for a fee of 7 €/bike/week.

For the cold season is ready a new in-house sauna to use!

A boat is waiting for a boat trip on the Ösmaren just 400 meters away. The nearest child-friendly bathing place (with playground and sandy beach) is located about 15 minutes by car to the sea.

There is also a very nice, about 15 minutes away by car beach area at Erken-Sjo (lake) at Svanberga with a 50 m long sandy beach. The lake has crystal clear water.

Here you will also find the Viking village Vikingabyn Storholmen. A visit is really worth it. The village was built with a lot of enthusiasm and many, many hours of work.

As the holiday home is located only 1 hour from Stockholm, is a day trip to the 'Venice of the North' optimal.

Lovely property. Tastefully decorated.

Overall we enjoyed the house. It has everything that you need for a lovely stay. If you enjoy peace and quiet, then this house is perfect. We used the house as a base to explore the area out of Stockholm. So we were generally out all day and back late afternoon, so it served our purposes well. For us, it was a little too far from the nearest town. You couldn't walk out for a coffee or early dinner without driving. But that's our personal experience. The family were great at replying to our emails and we wish them well in future bookings.

Perfekte Auszeit

Der Urlaub war geplant als Auszeit zum lesen, spazieren gehen mit den Hunden, Ruhe genießen in einem Haus am Rand des Waldes und das alles hat mehr als gepasst. Hier heißt es ankommen und sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Ausstattung und Komfort sind perfekt und die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern völlig problemlos! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Sauberes, gepflegtes und schönes Ferienhaus in der Natur, in dem man die letzten Sommertage gut genießen konnte. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die gesamte Ausstattung ist in einem guten und funktionsfähigen Zustand. Der Austausch mit den Hosts war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und es wurden alle Anfragen sofort beantwortet. Nicht zu unterschätzen sind die Fahrzeiten nach Norrtälje, Stockholm oder Uppsala. Dies liegt jedoch weniger an der Lage des Ferienhauses, sondern vielmehr an den schwedischen Tempolimits.

Erholung und Ruhe

In dem toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus haben wir uns gut erholen können. Von Bücher bis spielen ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Blaubeeren kann man im Wald direkt vor der Tür pflücken. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Haus im Wald

Man kann in diesem Haus sehr entspannte Tage verbringen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben die Sauna sehr genossen, nach unseren Ausflügen nach Uppsala und Stockholm. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus gut zum Erholen

Ein wunderschönes gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Gefallen hat uns auch die Nähe zum Meer und dass Stockholm und Uppsala in einer Stunde Fahrt erreichbar sind. Wir können es in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben das Wochenende trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr genossen. Wirklich schönes Haus in ruhiger entspannter Umgebung. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst.

Super schönes Haus mit toller Lage

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Norrtälje. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und hält was es verspricht :) Im schönen Garten hinter dem Häuschen kann man sich super erholen und zum See ist es nicht weit. Ein Tagesausflug nach Stockholm und Uppsala lohnt sich wirklich und auch Das nahe gelegene Städchen Norrtälje ist sehr schön. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr nett - wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen! :)

Rymligt och nära naturen

I huset finns allt du behöver och det mesta är av god standard. En rymlig altan och trädgård som passar bra för större sällskap och utelekar. Vi var som mest 6 personer, varav två barn, och det var gott om plats. Läget är avskilt, nära skog och åkermark, vilket passar utmärkt för den som vill ha lugn och ro. Det innebär dock att man bör ha bil för att handla, bada, fiska eller göra utflykter. Man bör vara medveten om att wifi-nätverket och mobiltäckning fungerar sporadiskt och att det är marksänd TV via antenn i huset. I det stora hela är vi väldigt nöjda med vistelsen och rekommenderar huset varmt.

Kurzurlaub über Karneval

Wir waren mit unserer Wahl zufrieden.Das Holzhaus ist gut in Schuss und modern eingerichtet. An die technischen Besonderheiten muss man sich erst herantasten. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und hat zwei Nachbarn. Zum See sind es etwa 500 Meter. Wir haben uns besonders über Kaminfeuer und Dauna gefreut.

Eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Objekt liegt in der Nähe eines kleinen Sees, und ist ideal für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen und ausspannen wollen. Wir haben unseren Besuch von der ersten Minute an sehr genossen. Das wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch dort gewesen sein.
