"Was good everything "

"This is a family owned motel and they made us feel like family in that they took great care of us. The family went the extra mile and helped to recover from our section hike. I would gladly stay here again. We stopped at the Trail house kitchen and bar on the way off the Appalachian trail and had the excellent Berkshire burger. A great meal and a great stay who could ask for more."

"Nice place. Pleasantly surprised how big the suite was. The whole place was very clean from the suite itself, the huge indoor pool and hot tub. The clerk that checked us in was very knowledgeable of the area and just a pleasant person. She is an older lady, I forget her name but she is a definite asset to this property! On the down side the path to the main office was not well lit but we used our flashlights. Also there isn't restaurants on site or groceries available. We had to travel 25 minutes to get a bite to eat. "

"Stay at BML was amazing. We booked for a business trip and could not have been happier. Service was amazing at checking us in at 2am. Our staff got to enjoy the pool and hot tub before our event. Movie night was pretty cool although we didn't have a chance to participate. Rooms were clean and we loved the door opening in the living room viewing outside. I also loved that u could get coffee anytime i wanted (besides making some in the room) We will definitely book again if we are ever in the Lenox area!! 10/10"

"This property was so very nice in many ways. The staff are so friendly thoughtful and helpful. When we checked out we left a charger and I was contacted right away so they could make arrangements to send me the item. But the overall stay and when I checked in was lovely. I felt very welcome."
