"The whole hotel was immaculate, and the one thing, the desk chair, that broke while we were there was replaced within 10mins. All the staff were wonderful, courteous, understanding and very helpful. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was great. Which explains that there are not fridges or microwaves in room. The pool was good, but could use more towels. No jacuzzi even though advertised. The water was warm enough to not miss the jacuzzi. A well kept outdoor area. We will return again."

"What an experience! We originally booked a balcony room for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. That room was amazing with lots of windows. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. I don’t think there are any “bad” rooms here, but the new room was far from comparable with the balcony room. The staff were so friendly and helpful and explained that because we had used Expedia they couldn’t really do anything about a refund, however, they did waive the parking fees which we were super grateful for. We really aren’t the needy or complaining type, but this was supposed to be a special trip, so I got up the nerve to go to the desk the next morning to see if maybe our original room a/c had been repaired. It hadn’t, but the ladies at the desk were so helpful that it made me feel dumb for being nervous about asking for another change. We were given another new room that unfortunately didn’t have the balcony we hoped for, but it was much more spacious and had a really nice, big bathroom. Our anniversary trip was saved!! I can’t say enough nice things about how great the staff were, from the maintenance guys to the ladies at the desk. You all helped ensure The Partridge remains one of my wife’s most favorite places to stay. I’m horrible with names, but hopefully this review will find its way to everyone who helped us properly celebrate our special anniversary weekend. Thank you!"

"As a travel nurse Safety is a priority. I stayed at this hotel for 13 weeks while on assignment. Clean room friendly staff hot variety breakfast. Plenty of parking. Several dinning options near by."

"The room was great!! The room was was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and nice. Rooftop bar was nice.We will definitely stay here again!!"

"I chose it because of the Salmon Benedict for breakfast: they were out of salmon… (never heard such a thing!). No real choice of breads for breakfast. The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale… I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress. THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!"

"Alexandria (front desk clerk) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. She made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!"
