"The boat is adorably renovated and user friendly. Rose is a fantastic host and was a pleasure to encounter. She checked in and made sure our stay was wonderful. The boat is right off Los Olas, within walking distance of most of my destinations. I rarely moved the car. I would be happy to return again."

Boat died while we were on the intracoastal and and we were in a dangerous place with many boats coming close to hitting us. Thankfully after an hour of being stranded my captain who I hired on my own was able to get us out of danger. "Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay."
