Staff was great. The rooms were very clean. Also I liked that there was 3 beds and a kitchenette in our room. I’ll be going back next year when I go to CBMF!!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
Room was clean, staff was not approachable/friendly...
The room was spacious and fit the 5 of us well. There was very little road noise from our room. It is located off a highway, nothing is really walkable. The room could use some updating, old blankets, appliances and flooring. Overall it was a good budget stay for our family.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
The room was very clean. The shower pressure was beyond excellent.
It was,a perfect location for the sites I wanted to visit in PEI.
Its a nice motel, it's starting to show its age a little on the outside but the inside is well maintained. The room was very clean when we arrived. We only had house keeping in once, they only made one bed and didn't clean the sink. That is about the only negative thing I can say. Everything else was good. Overall a good experience, I would stay there again.
The staff was very welcoming . The room was as expected , nothing fancy but a good location for our needs Our only disappointment was the fact that there was a pool advertised , which was one of the reasons we booked this location . We were told it was out of commission since being damaged last year . It needs to be taken off the listing .
Room was clean. Beds clean and comfortable Stayed three days.
Kitchen lacking many things … pots and pans almost nothing just one large pot no lid , one small frying pan. no sharp
knife … bring your own if you can
Quiet and convenient location.
Unfortunately the pool was out
of order.
Staff very good and helpful.
Air conditioner old and dirty smellled of mould so we used our own fan and turned off the air con when we were in the room.
The weather was very how 28-30 degrees Celsius while we stayed … not ideal with the condition of the air conditioner
Just a few suggestions but overall it was okay.
The staff was very nice at check in and check out.
The facilities themselves are rough. We were on the main floor and had a kitchenette. When we walked in to the room, it smelt like an outhouse. The ceiling tiles were in very poor condition. It reminded me of the “landlord special” - EVERYTHING was just painted over white and caulked beyond what’s remotely necessary. The flooring was peeling up, and moved under your feet.
Within minutes of being there, I went to close the main door and I sliced my finger open.
The transition strip in to the kitchenette was loose and many of the screws rolled out. Which with my 1 year old walking around was an issue.
The temperature handle in the shower was super finicky, I didn’t feel comfortable showering my kids as I worried if they slightly bumped it they’d get scalded.
“Bedroom” has a tiny 1 curtain that was not black out, so putting the kids to bed while the sun was out was a challenge.
Overall, it was an OK place to lay our heads. It was a nice location, close to what we needed. But honestly this place needs a major overhaul or closed down. It felt dirty, run down and not family friendly.
We stayed 2 nights despite all this as we were only there to sleep, which was OK. But I don’t expect to be back.
We stayed here while traveling with our dog and chose a room with a kitchenette. After long days on the road, it’s really nice to arrive somewhere comfortable and relaxing, but unfortunately the room felt quite worn out.
The kitchenette could use some attention. The stove was very old, and the microwave was old and extremely noisy. There were only two large plates, which isn’t enough if you’re offering a kitchen. There were no dishwashing supplies, and the sponge appeared to have been left behind by previous guests.
The room itself also needs maintenance. The ceiling had many stains and uneven patches, the window screen had holes that were covered with tape, and the window would only close properly if someone pressed on it from outside.
Outside, it would be great to have a few more tables where guests could sit and relax. A barbecue would also be a wonderful addition.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean.
With a few updates and better-equipped kitchen facilities, this place could be much more enjoyable, especially for travelers who spend long hours driving and are looking forward to a comfortable place to rest.
we had such an incredible stay! we had the most gorgeous room with such an incredible view and it really felt like we were in our own corner of the world. everyone was so kind and we are eager to go back!
