Terrible…not enough towels for two people, no washcloths at all, dirty floor, mildew in the toilet, no bar soap, barely warm water in shower… that was all in the second room. Room #18 was the first room…let’s start with tiny dead bugs in between the sheets!!!!

Disgusting rooms, smelled bad 👎 there was mold on the walls in the fridge, the beds had what looked like sex stains on them there were bugs all over, and rust, the door knob was about to fall off. There were weird men just walking around, made us feel unsafe the guy at the desk was crazy.

The quiet motel but the room was not clean and the staff is rude and the toilet was dirty when I went to use it.. plus office closes at 8 pm so you can't complain to anyone and shower has black mold around top of it.

Place was dirty. No hot water. Moved rooms still dirty and no hot water. Asked for refund and person on reception couldn't give a damn. Refused refund and just smiled when we said we're leaving.

This is a weekly stay hotel, I cannot believe it is on Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE. They WILL NOT give you your money back if you hand them any form of payment. The smell in two separate rooms was so unbearably strong that we could not breathe. Cigarette burns on the comforters. No locks on the windows. This place should be demolished. The guy behind the counter told us to “stop making this his problem.” When we insisted that we could not stay here and wanted to cancel the charge.

I’m very disappointed. We paid for our room with the insurance, & they locked the building before we got there & then they would not let us in to get to our room for the night. Thermostat for wall heater inoperable, water in bathroom not warm enough to shower, window blinds barely manageable (had to ask clerk to close it) , fitted sheet on bed torn and stained with what looked like crayon scribbles, strong urine odor, no screens on windows, battery dead on wall clock, no alarm clock, art on walls was water damaged like condensation, one thin blanket I folded to keep warm. Microwave display zeroed out, no pillow slips, neighbor up several times hacking a lung, clerk could have given me a room without neighbors because over half vacant. No change kept on site, no coffee or anything. $85 a night.

So the first room they tried to give me, the facet to the shower was broken. I had to explain to staff more than once what the problem was and then they gave me the room next door. The room had broken blinds, it was dirty, the comforter had burn holes in them and the sheets were stained and ripped. WiFi did not work at all, the bulb was removed from one of the lamps and I had to struggle to get the bathroom sink to drain and I had no trash can in the room or anywhere I could find on site

Expedia.com said. I owe a specific amount on-site. Arrived at motel and i was told that I owe them 30 more. The person at the front desk said it was a 30 city tax. Talked to the morning person an she said that the Expedia.com site overbooked the rooms and that they never had any rooms for the expedia.com price. Got into the room and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Later in the night we found out that the heater would not work. We also found a empty yogurt container behind the bed side table. I would not recommend this place. Feel like i was ripped off at so many levels.

Who do you even cater to

I got to this motel at about 1 o’clock in the morning and was greeted by couples fighting in the parking lot, people throwing beer bottles, and somebody who I’m pretty sure was doing meth in the corner right by the office. Which made it very difficult to sleep in my truck when, as it turns out, the office staff was not available to check me in because it was after hours. I didn’t think that was even still a thing that happened in 2022! The woman who answered the phone number posted in the motels window was pretty rude and acted as though I should have known this, when it wasn’t on their website anywhere. She insisted it was, but even after looking multiple times specifically for their hours I can find nothing listed anywhere on their website except for a spot on the front page that specifically says that their office staff is available “at all times” to assist guests with their needs. I’ve been to plenty of motels in small towns where you had to ring the doorbell or call the number to get service from someone who is probably trying to sleep and maybe lives on site, but never have I seen a hotel that just did not do after hours check-ins. It literally would’ve been impossible for me to check in at all during the weekend I was staying there as I had to get up the next morning and go to a wedding, and it wouldn’t have been back until about nine or 10 the next day. Who do you even cater to when a delayed flight means you have nowhere to stay? Ridiculous.
