You’re only 15 minutes away from Manhattan! This spacious 2-bedroom with large sun-filled rooms in our townhouse is perfect for an affordable New York stay. Enjoy your stay only 15 minutes away from Times Square with magnificent views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline at your windows!

This townhouse has everything needed for your stay - bed, towels, sheets, washer & dryer, shower, hairdryer, cook ware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, Google Nest Smart Heating System, Apple & Roku TV (free Netflix, HBO, Amazon and live channels), 32" flatscreen smart TV, Business Class Verizon Fios 1GB high-speed Wi-Fi etc.) Great for conference calls and remote working.

Large sun-filled private rooms with queen-size Beautyrest and Egyptian Cotton sheets at the top floor of our home. Enjoy our patio with gorgeous Manhattan skyline views!

Paid parking off-premises is available upon request. You are only 15 minutes away from New York City nightlife (24hr bus transportation available), steps away from great local restaurants, cafes and bars. Times Square shuttle/bus station is right in front of our house. It's extremely convenient getting to Midtown Manhattan. Enjoy the gorgeous views from Boulevard East and stroll the boardwalk with beautiful NYC scenery.

Family trip to NYC for Xmas

We stayed at Angie’s place for our family trip to NYC for Xmas. It was great, she was super hospitable, friendly, and the place was clean, convenient, in a nice area, and really checked all the boxes. Would fully suggest one of Angie’s rentals if going to NYC or anywhere nearby.!!
