"We had no issues with the hotel or the staff. The lobby is very pretty and has lots of seating to relax and hang out. It's located in a great area if you like being in the middle of everything which we did. Everything was as described. Rooms had what was needed. We were there to explore the city, not stay in so it was perfect. Elevators take a bit but that's to be expected with the amount of people coming in and out. We were able to drop off our bags on our last day to explore a bit before our flight. The gentleman taking care of providing tickets is definitely not someone to joke around with. Very serious and stern which was a bit off-putting but it is what it is. Overall I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel location was great and next to a train station which we loved. We felt safe and there were a ton of nearby restaurants. I do feel that the pictures don’t do it justice though. The room was tiny and not super accommodating for two people with checked bags and carry on bags. Would stay again in a pinch though."

"We stayed in the presidential suite 3405. Upgraded from the premier during check in. Room was awesome, was for a business trip for my watch company. Room was clean, large, and everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Checked our bags at check out as the event lasted until the evening. $4 a bag to check / I’m not complaining. We were treated with respect and everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. We will be back next year for sure!"
