"Super convenient location in a really (I mean seriously) quiet, safe neighborhood, but still only a short 10 minute walk to BART and Downtown Berkeley. Bright, clean accomodations with everything you'd need to make your own meals, this was an amazing home base for exploring the Bay Area -- would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall this was a 4.5 stay. The only thing that we didn't like was that we booked for 8 people and there were only 6 towels (we had to go buy 2 more). Our stay was during an unusual hot weekend for this time of year. We would've loved some fans to cool the place down a bit... not really the houses fault! We loved the location. I thought the bed was comfortable (My wife didn't really)"

"2nd 6-week stay went smoothly. Convenient, spacious location near Trader Joe's, restaurants (rec. Imm) and coffee shops (My Coffee is the best! Great outdoor patio, lattes, owners). Outdoor, great music Friday nights nearby at former theater. Lockbox check in and departure. Incredibly responsive owner/mgr. Recommend!"
