"It was in a loud area, couldn’t open the windows in bedroom it was ground level and unsafe area. It was hot, the fans didn’t work, they brought new fans, then the fuses blew. Response time was next day for each issue we had. It was a pretty rundown space, with uncomfortable beds, bedding, and towels. Would not recommend staying here "

We enjoyed the neighborhood and had some great takeout within a few minutes walk. The parking that comes with the unit might seem a little tight if you are not used to city parking, but we had no problem getting in and out. And there is a good amount of on street parking as well. If we are back in the are we would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our two month stay in Berkeley. It is a very short walk to Trader Joe's and just a few blocks from Bart, restaurants and Goodwill. Decent neighborhood with a park nearby.You can park two cars in the driveway. The kitchen is well equipped for a long term stay with eating in. The bedroom and bed is very nice. The living room is small. The bathroom shower is over a narrow, classic clawfoot tub which I found a bit unsettling since my agility ain't what it used to be.There's a big oak tree...
