First and foremost, Gloria at the front desk is an absolute gem. Her welcoming demeanor and helpful attitude are the reasons I keep returning to your resort. It is truly a pleasure to see her each time I visit. Additionally, I must express my sincere gratitude to the lifeguards on duty. On January 1st, there was an incident that put to test their skills and bravery. The way they handled the situation was nothing short of heroic. Their quick thinking and expertise were truly impressive, and words cannot adequately express my admiration for their actions. Overall, your resort has become my favorite destination, and it is largely due to the remarkable staff who make every stay enjoyable and safe. "We had the best time with the kids, for the price cant complain, they keep the kids busy all day. If your looking for fancy this is not the estates nor the place lol. We had a blast!"

"What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast. Dinner at their Homestead restaurant was a treat also. To top it all off, the acres of grounds were beautiful to behold. My husband and I snowshoed around their lake which was peaceful and fun. They provided the snowshoes. This weekend vacation at the Eldred Preserve was possibly our best weekend getaway ever! And we have had many! Bravo and well done to everyone there!"
