"Hotel generally needs a refresh. Mold and shabby grouting in bathrooms, shower curtains don't prevent water escaping the tub, slow drains, dirty and discolored paint work in room and common areas, 1 elevator out of service for most of the time there. Cleaning staff did a great job, given rooms are needing DEEP cleaning. Shower head gave a powerful and relaxing shower, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tired after the 4th. day. By day 5 I was going to local bagel shops in the morning. Need to switch up the menu of items. Same for the Bar Snack and Dinner menu, time for a refresh and switch up. Some guests have NO ability to control their children running round the hotel like banshees, staff refused to get involved during what should have been quiet hours leaving guests to either ignore or deal with it."
