This is a very old hotel in Gainesville. It's convenient to the University, local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fair quality at best, Cracker Barrel is right next door. Private Island Waterfront Oasis Kayaks + Paddleboards + Canoe + NEW Pool Table
The house is spectacular. Relaxing and nestled into a quiet part of the river. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything needed for a long or short stay. The property owner was very attentive and responsive. We had 5 couples staying on property and we all had ample room.
