"I was allowed early check-in as I was early. The desk clerk was very accommodating. Upon entry with my baggage I tripped over an improperly placed rug at the front of the hotel. The desk clerk did come to help me. I was not seriously injured. The room was dirty. Carpet was stained as was the couch. Bathroom floor had dirt in grout. Worst experience for Hyatt stay. "

And it was so noisy that each room had ear plugs. One person on the front desk was polite but the other two at the desk made you feel like you were bothering them."
