"Stopped for an overnight on our way from Maryland to visit family Kentucky. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be very courteous and friendly location was right off the interstate with just the right Leavell amenities for our needs. We would definitely stay here again."

"We did not eat breakfast; breakfast area was questionable. No fruit, or individual milk bottle/carton. Parking was easy, coinvent, well lighted area and felt safe. We booked an efficiency std room w/ queen bed. We checked in @ 730 pm after driving over 10 hours and 600 hundred miles. The desk called our room around 1130 pm stating we were in the wrong room and charged to another person's credit card. I explained it was obviously issued to us by their management team and I paid via Hotel's.com with my credit card and a gift card prior to our arrival. He was very adamant we were in the wrong, was going to investigate further and call me back, which he did not. When we checked out the next morning the am desk clerk did not know anything about the previous night's call. The room did not have any hand soap in the bathroom or shower, only shampoo/conditioner in full size bottles."

"I was sexuslly harassed by your employee that worked the front desk. I want a full refund along with vouchers to stay for free. My card wasn't supposed to be charged due to the "misunderstanding " but it was. I have tried to contact the manager but no response back. I am very upset over this situation I am thinking about getting attorney."

"The hostesses was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and responded very quickly. The house was very clean. It had a nice big open area between the kitchen and living room. We had one issue the one bathroom had a horrible order in it like a dead fish. We couldnt even use it because of the smell. We figured out it was from the sewer. There is no vent ouy of the bathroom to outside. So the sink is leaking sewer gas. So we kept that bathroom door shut and didnt really use it all. A few times we smelled it even sitting in the living room. The kitchen table was a good size but a few of the chairs were broken and they had very skinny very flimsy legs holding them up. All in all we had a nice trip. The house was nice and in a nice area. "
