This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, And regardless of what you smoke? No Smoking or incense burning inside please. There is a comfortable outside deck with a table, ashtray, lights, and outside stereo. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, a jacuzzi bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, DVD Player, cable, WI-FI internet access, leather reclining couch, and leather reclining chair, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, 2 pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious place in North Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

My sister and I had a wonderful time in Charleston and this Vrbo. My sister follows a special diet and we had everything we needed to prepare healthy meals. Shopping was close by with the Tangier Outlets, Walmart and Sam's Club. Many restaurants were also close by we enjoyed mellow Pizza and the Grits Counter. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. A plus were the washer and dryer, cute decorations and snacks esp the chocolate. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful.

I stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Everything you need is there! The music on the porch was a great bonus and very welcoming as I arrived. There was a starter set of coffee, creamer, drinks, snacks, and wine! Tony was incredibly responsive! The decor is absolutely stunning! Perfect for a couple neeeding a getaway

My husband and I cam to stay foe the week while we were visiting my sister. Its not a far drive to the beach or downtown Charelston. Very quite and private which was nice. The free wine and snacks were also so nice. We would definitely stay with Tony again when we come back!

Extremely cute studio apartment!!!

This studio apartment packs a lot into a limited space. The wood work and attention to detail make this cozy studio the perfect place for couples. The host has given great attention to the smallest of details, we arrived to soft music playing on the deck and inside the studio. The best part was the large Jacuzzi tub, awesome after a long day of walking in downtown Charleston all day!!!

The perfect place

The property is in a humble neighborhood in N. Charleston, but don't let that fool you! We walked in and were taken aback by how lovely the room is. Dark wood and dim lighting gave the place a cabin vibe. The tub with jets was a big surprise. Tony is a great host and we can't wait to come back. Book this place!!! It's a great deal.

Quick romantic getaway

The outside of the property is in a neighborhood right off a main road. Outside at night was a little noisy but the room is well insulated and cozy. We found everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. We did have to turn off the ice maker since it was so noisy at night. It had a well stocked kitchen and huge TV. We would stay again

By looks of the outside and surrounding homes, we were worried what we were going to be walking into. However, the inside was very well put together, updated, and was the perfect amount of space for my husband and myself with our 2 infants’ pack n plays. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Its very cozy and quiet. And the place is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. And the host, Tony is wonderful! He left us snacks and treats and a bottle of wine. Thanks Tony! We also had complimentary drinks and water in the fridge along with anything else we needed like condiments, coffee creamer, and butter. And we had lots of knids of coffees and cider too. Even had EEOO in the pantry. Overall a real nice place to stay and we will be back.
