Being stranded 12 hours from home the customer service call lines & live chat, were completely incompetent & incapable of being empathetic.
I am left with the opinion that the customer support call center is trained to get you off the phone by feeding the customer scripted lies of escalating the issue, flagging URGENT& promising followup that never comes! As for requesting a refund, forget it, you may as well call your legal team before you start your trip!!
