Please note: Above the living room, there is an open loft‑style space where we’ve added an extra bed for additional sleeping flexibility. This area is not considered a private bedroom—it has no doors and is open to the living room below.

Before you leave the house please gather all garbage and put in the outside garbage can. Dirty towels by the washing machine.
Please if you use our stove and refrigerator keep them clean there will be a $75 cleaning feed if not kept clean.

Good:1. Nice neighborhood2. Host responsive3. A/C worked good.Not so good.1. Photos on Vrbo were a little misleading compared to actual property. i almost felt catfished.Property listed 3 bathrooms but I only noticed 2 bathrooms. I couldn’t find the washer and dryer. 2. Noise coming from the chimney every 5 minutes sounded like bats, but upon research could have been due to air draft from chimney which could have loosened the fittings? Either way very annoying.Spotted a few bugsOnly 1 tv in the house..3. The neighbor has a rooster…
