The accommodations were excellent, clean and well kept, not like the Candlewood suites up the road! Debra the manager on duty was excellent and went out of her was to make sure the accommodations were to our standards! Definitelywill stay here when in Charleston again!

After the previous nights stay, this was so needed! From the moment we walked into the lobby the staff was wonderful and attentive. They allowed us to check in early and the front desk even checked with us about 5 min after we were in our room to see that we were happy. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was hot and even the other guests were great! Highly recommend!

Room was well taken care of, staff was helpful and breakfast was Ok Room was supposed to have a hair dryer? Went to front desk, took them a few minutes to find one! First one didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk for a second one Looked like the place had been through a few rough customers due to the number of patches on the walls and cracked spots on the shade.(switched it around so good side out-welcome😊Very minor things - definitely wouldn’t stop me from coming back Suggestion: the cabinet that houses the fridge! Door opens to the left, fridge opens to the right, and it’s right in front of the bed, leaving little room to put things in the fridge. Suggestion: switch the door on the fridge to open to the left - another minor thing!!!! Just a suggestion!!!! Keep up the good work Thanks, The minor critic!

The furniture was damaged, and there was damage to the bathroom ceiling. The sink was clogged, and the water pressure in the shower was so weak that I had to visit a salon to wash my hair. However, the breakfast was quite good.

The property was a little dated, but nice. The room was clean, quiet and the water hot. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but good. The staff were friendly and attentive. But, we unfortunately had to leave a day early and they wouldn't issue a one day refund. It was their policy. So my policy is I won't stay there again.
