"Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. "

"This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. "Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge."

"We had a perfect three night stay. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds, sheets, and towels. We used the bikes and kayaks and everything was in working order. We would gladly stay again!"

"This is a sweet, clean home at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The place feels clean and fresh, the outdoor shower smelled of new aromatic cedar, and they even had a disc golf basket and disks available for practicing! We arrived to home made cookies from Tara our host in honor of my wife's recent retirement. Wow! Tara and her team have done a great job here, highly recommended."
