"The property is under construction. So NO restaurants, a food truck outside, ok but not the best. We have stayed at this property several times in the past and the Hearth and Kettle restaurant was our favorite. We really missed it on this stay. The rooms have been newly renovated and were very nice. Great job there. Beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi tubs have been removed from the loft rooms, also something we missed. Smelled of damp/mildew, furniture was stained and dated, chipped paint everywhere, shower had not been cleaned well and needed new grout, carpet was dirty. I could go on, but the gist of it is that the room conditions were not at all what you would expect for a property in this price range. It is perfectly located for access to the beach, Hyannis main street and ferries, and is right in the middle of the Cape for access to all that it offers. Steve was super responsive and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again."
