"Great service, very friendly staff and clean beautiful resort. One thing I would like to change is the ability for the air conditioner to go lower than 22c. They do not allow the air conditioner a/c to get lower and it ended up being warm at night"

"The resort was beautiful and exceptionally maintained. There were always working on the property to make sure everything was clean, safe and beautiful. The beach was beautiful and they were constantly cleaning it to rid it of seaweed. The bell guys were Awesome and I can’t say enough about their wonderful personalities and their willingness to help you move about the resort by golf carts. The only things that were not a 10/10 were the activities and the food. There were not many planned activities for the guests other than a few water activities such as pool volleyball or exercising. My worst experience was the food. There were only a few restaurants to choose from and the menus didn’t offer much variety. There was only 1 daily buffet and that was for breakfast. The lobster house did not serve lobster for lunch when I went there . Overall we were not at all impressed with the food or food choices. The best food we had was off resort during our excursions. We enjoyed our time at Excellence however not sure that we will return soon because of the issues with the food."
