"I love it"

"My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. It seems you are expected to just figure it out on their app and I did not find the app to be...

"Property and staff were pretty cool. The food is OK but it was a good stay overall and the drinks were 100% good."

"Comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The pool and beach were delightful. Great staff! The Activities & Entertainment team was awesome (Thanks, Jonah, Michael, Sabrina, Joseph, Thunder and Ricardo!)."

"Staff was very professional and courteous especially andre and security guards. Great breakfast would recommend."

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

"The cove was wonderful"

"Nothing made sense"

"Superbly maintained grounds and a gorgeous beach hut room with semi-outdoor double shower and sun room. The food we had was delicious, the drinks strong and we had the best massage at the spa. A super relaxing long weekend."

"The views are wonderful and the food is good!"

"The Hotel is spacious with a nice garden. All the staff members and other guests were friendly and polite. The room was kepted clean and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay."

"I strongly believe that pictures are deceiving now. When you shower you have to wait 5 hours for the water to go down."

"The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle...

"ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS! Everything was truly amazing. The property was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. We would book with Roundhill again in a heartbeat."
