"The hotel is inside a gated community which felt very safe. It was on the beach which was beautiful. I stayed with my family at the beginning or the low season it wasn’t crowded at all which was wonderful. The restaurant food and staff were amazing, the hotel concierge were super nice and friendly. The spa girl was great. The rooms were clean and near and beautiful. Some helpful tools for future guests would be to bring your own toiletries and plenty of bug spray. Even with the mosquito nets...

"Disgusting avoid at all costs. AC doesn't work, beds uncomfortable, sheets stained and scratchy, no water, loud appliances and air conditioner keeps shutting off/ loud, no phone"

"Excellent for a kite vacation. You can launch directly in front of the hotel and can rent lockers from them to store your gear. The room itself was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that the AC was stuck at 18C, which was way too cold (but then again I never asked them to try to fix it so part of it is on me). "
