"Hot tub was broken, electric car charger broken, bugs in room, token tiles/ shower drain, holes in wall, elevator was broken. Staff at checkout was very rude."

"Although we did not use all of the amenities offered during our stay, we enjoyed a great nights sleep in a clean room and a great breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend! "

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "

"The room was very small and the bathroom showers were not wide enough for an adult male over 6'. I'm 6'2" and I had to stand sideways. The bathroom is overall to tight. The toilet area is so narrow, I cut my thigh on the toilet paper holder metal cover as I tried to sit down on the toilet. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle to do my business. The bed was hard and the they tried to mask that with a nicer duvet. All the crevices in the furniture were full of dust. I suspect housekeeping only cleans surfaces and nothing more. I will never stay there again."
