Every staff member we met was so helpful and respectful. The location was ideal for all the activities we were interested in in North Conway, Jefferson, and Bartlett. "This was a last minute trip for us, we love that the property was easy to book, let us check in late at night and made it easy to get checked in and showing us around. The view was amazing and we were excited about all the stuff available in the area. The pool was so nice to wake up to, while we were only in the area for less than 24 hours, I would definitely recommend and come back again! "

"I had to wipe down the room when we arrived. There was so much dust around the room. There was hair in the shower and the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The tv did not work for half of our stay. The indoor pool was out of service. The breakfast was just ok. The convenience was worth overlooking the issues we had. The outdoor pool was good for the kids as was the playground. "
