We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
Up to 2 dogs allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies. All dogs should be leashed outdoors and cleaned up after.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The top bunk is for children only.
Strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
No fireworks - they are banned by the town and will incur a police presence.
